Contract Management and Quality Assurance Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Contract Management and Quality Assurance Lead to join Barnet Council in a remote capacity. This role is essential for ensuring quality services are delivered across Barnet by providing quality assurance and improvement support to our statutory and voluntary sector contracts. As a Contract Management and Quality Assurance Lead, you will work closely with commissioned providers to ensure compliance with regulations and improve service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the quality assurance processes for various contracts, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with Care Quality Managers to implement corrective actions and oversee provider improvement policies.
• Support the development of effective systems and procedures in areas such as complaints management, safeguarding, and risk management.
• Promote best practices and regulatory frameworks within the organization.
• Engage with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and user experience.

Requirements

• GCSE English and Maths grade C and above (or equivalent).
• Experience in social care, health, housing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and contracts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and professionals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in quality assurance frameworks.
• Knowledge of local government processes.
