What You'll Do

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital product design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the team and organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Digital Product Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Background in service design or information architecture.
• Familiarity with mobile application design.
