• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure quality hires.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a clinical recruiter or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical roles and the healthcare recruitment landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques to attract top talent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
