Content Developer - Training & Enablement for SaaS

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Developer - Training & Enablement to join our team at Reltio. This Content Developer remote position will focus on creating high-quality technical training content that supports our mission of enabling digital transformation through connected data. You will work closely with Senior Instructional Designers and the Training & Development Manager to build engaging learning assets that enhance our training programs.

What You'll Do

• Develop learning assets based on approved storyboards, templates, and design specifications.
• Build interactive eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and supporting materials using industry-standard tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond).
• Translate technical content and product workflows into clear, learner-friendly training materials with guidance from Instructional Designers.
• Apply established instructional, visual, and brand standards to all learning assets.
• Perform self-reviews and revisions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of learning materials.
• Incorporate feedback from Instructional Designers, SMEs, and reviewers in a timely manner.
• Assist with testing learning content across devices and environments.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and peers to clarify expectations and resolve content issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital learning or content development (internships and academic projects included).
• Hands-on experience with at least one learning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality in content development workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines within established processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting partner ecosystems (systems integrators, consultancies, resellers).
• Experience developing content in a SaaS environment.
