About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Consultant Relations Manager - Remote to join our team at Sparrow. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing our go-to-market strategy across strategic partnerships, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with brokers, consultants, and channel partners. As a Consultant Relations Manager - Remote, you will help streamline the employee leave management process, making a significant impact on organizations and their employees.
What You'll Do
- Execute partner enablement and go-to-market programs to enhance collaboration.
- Deliver partner-facing resources and training to ensure success.
- Generate pipeline for Account Executives through strategic relationship management.
- Build trust-based relationships with brokers and consultants to foster long-term partnerships.
- Serve as a primary contact for partners, acting as a Sparrow ambassador within the partner ecosystem.
- Utilize insights to inform product improvements and enhance service offerings.
- Manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Anticipate travel 25-50% depending on location to meet with partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience with employee benefits brokers.
- Proven track record in relationship building and sales within the employee benefits ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with partners.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving success.
