About the Role

We invite you to join Pan Pacific Hotels Group as a Concierge in our luxury hotel located in London. This Concierge role is essential for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and you will play a vital part in our Front Office team. As a Concierge, you will ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, making this Concierge position both rewarding and impactful.

What You'll Do

• Provide detailed knowledge of activities available in the city, including theatres, exhibitions, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, and sightseeing tours.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with local partners to offer the most up-to-date information, ticketing, and reservations.
• Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders, including guests, associates, suppliers, and residents, to ensure a memorable experience at Pan Pacific London.
• Manage the Concierge Desk operations smoothly and keep storage space organized and efficient.
• Deliver personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse guests.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Knowledge of London’s attractions and activities is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Experience with hotel management systems.
• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role.
