Compliance Manager - Remote Opportunity at eToro

About the Role

We are seeking a Compliance Manager remote to join eToro, a leading trading and investing platform. Founded in 2007, eToro empowers users to invest, share, and learn in a transparent environment. With over 40 million registered users across 75 countries, our platform is designed for collaboration and investor education. As a Compliance Manager remote, you will play a critical role in ensuring our compliance with regulatory obligations while supporting the firm’s growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage 4530 reporting, complaints processing, and regulatory complaint responses.
• Oversee projects related to examination and audit remediation, tracking development of management action plans for compliance testing results.
• Lead coordination of project implementation efforts related to regulatory change management.
• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in responding to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and audit requests.
• Support key compliance initiatives such as vendor management and affiliate marketing.
• Provide administrative support to the CCO for Compliance governance, including risk and compliance committees, training, and Board meetings.
• Conduct due diligence for compliance vendors supporting the MSB, digital asset, and broker dealer businesses.
• Identify and recommend changes to business unit procedures to address compliance gaps.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in financial services or trading.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with compliance reporting and audits.

Nice to Have

• Certification in compliance or related field (e.g., CAMS, CRCM).
• Experience with digital assets and broker dealer compliance.
• Familiarity with vendor management processes.
