Compliance Analyst - Remote Position at Anchorage Digital

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Analyst to join Anchorage Digital, a leading digital asset platform. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory standards while enhancing our blockchain analytics and fraud investigation capabilities. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with leadership to advance Anchorage Digital's blockchain analytics and fraud investigation capabilities.
• Utilize blockchain analytics tools to trace the flow of digital assets and identify suspicious activities.
• Provide expert advisory support across multiple teams to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver training materials to improve awareness of compliance issues and emerging risks.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of digital asset and Fiat data to uncover patterns and trends.
• Assist in creating policies and procedures for monitoring suspicious digital asset activities.
• Engage with external partners to strengthen fraud intelligence capabilities.
• Mentor and guide team members to understand strategic compliance goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field, preferably within the financial services or digital asset space.
• Expertise in blockchain tracing across multiple chains and familiarity with Fiat fraud cases.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Experience with transaction monitoring alerts and case investigations.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and provide expert advice to compliance teams.

Nice to Have

• Investigation certifications from TRM Labs, Chainalysis, or Elliptic.
• Experience using Sentilink or LexisNexis Threatmetrix.
• Previous experience with regulated digital asset compliance.
