About the Role

Join Binance as a Community & Social Media Manager - CIS (Remote) and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the blockchain ecosystem. In this position, you will manage local social media channels and community events, contributing to the growth of our brand in the CIS region.

What You'll Do

• Manage local social media channels and organize community events and online sessions.
• Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials.
• Cover localization from global initiatives and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with regional Binance Angels and content agencies for effective communication.
• Participate in growth experiments and analyze performance metrics.
• Contribute to ASO (App Store Optimization) testing and improvements.
• Assist in executing SEO strategies, including keyword research and content optimization.
• Work closely with the marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Community Building.
• Interest in crypto/blockchain; experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of ASO/SEO is advantageous.
• Bilingual in English and Russian is required for coordination with overseas partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.

Nice to Have

• Experience with community engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for social media.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends in the crypto space.
