Commercial Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team at Frit Ravich. This Commercial Manager remote position will focus on driving business growth in the Barcelona area, managing local accounts, and coordinating with our point-of-sale team to ensure the successful implementation of our commercial strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze the commercial performance of accounts and track sales KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare market reports on new products, pricing, packaging, and competitor activity, sharing key insights with the Marketing department.
  • Evaluate sales profitability across chains and propose improvement actions.
  • Negotiate promotions and commercial actions at points of sale to boost turnover and meet sales objectives.
  • Manage the introduction of new products within chains and monitor agreed implementations.
  • Ensure the correct execution of negotiated commercial conditions with clients in the food channel.
  • Oversee assigned distributors, negotiating terms and ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Control operational service costs and optimize distribution efficiency.
  • Lead a team of GPVs and Merchands, communicating the commercial action plan and monitoring its execution.
  • Conduct field visits to identify business opportunities and share best practices.
  • Communicate weekly commercial focus (visibility, promotion, inventory, and pricing) and ensure correct implementation at points of sale.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree.
  • Previous experience in commercial management and team leadership.
  • Knowledge in sales analysis and account management.
  • Intermediate proficiency in office tools and digital environments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the food industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
