About the Role

We are seeking an Informatics Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting our Internal IT Services (IIS) team, which focuses on end-user support, system maintenance, and infrastructure administration. As an Informatics Specialist, you will contribute to data warehouse improvements and operations, while also growing into areas such as business reporting and IT security support.

What You'll Do

• Provide end-user support from 1st to 3rd level, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain and administer wega systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
• Contribute to the improvement and consolidation of our data warehouse operations.
• Grow into the business reporting area, enhancing our reporting capabilities.
• Support IT security initiatives, ensuring the safety and integrity of our systems.
• Assist with technical employee onboarding, facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
• Engage in marketing and knowledge management activities to enhance team collaboration.
• Develop technical skills related to AI and support its integration into our services.

Requirements

• IT degree or equivalent background in informatics.
