Co-Founder /​ Head of Engineering - Remote Opportunity in Longevity

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Co-Founder / Head of Engineering to join EWOR, an innovative start-up focused on revolutionizing the longevity sector. This remote role offers you the unique opportunity to build and scale your own startup while receiving a salary. What You'll Do

• Lead the engineering team to develop cutting-edge solutions in the longevity space.
• Collaborate with top-tier founders and investors to refine product-market fit.
• Oversee the hiring process to attract top-notch talent from our extensive network.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to aspiring entrepreneurs within the organization.
• Drive the development of a robust sales and marketing strategy to scale your startup.
• Engage in weekly 1:1 sparring sessions with successful unicorn founders.
• Facilitate access to funding opportunities to secure multi-million euro rounds.
• Iterate on product development until achieving product-market fit.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in start-ups.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a €1B+ company.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to take full responsibility for your own startup and drive it to success.
• Willingness to relocate if necessary, although remote work is available.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the longevity or health tech industry.
• Familiarity with venture capital funding processes.
• Previous experience in scaling startups to significant revenue milestones.
