Partner Success Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Partner Success Manager to join Xayn AG, an innovative technology company specializing in advanced Legal AI solutions. As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our strategic publishing partnerships across multiple European markets. What You'll Do

• Manage and grow publishing partnerships across 5–6 European markets.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all partner questions and concerns.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Gather, structure, and communicate partner requirements effectively.
• Manage operational onboarding for new publishing partners.
• Monitor market developments and identify partner-relevant trends.
• Provide strategic insights to Product teams to enhance product offerings.
• Ensure consistent trust-building and long-term satisfaction among partners.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C2); proficiency in French is an advantage.
• Residency or working permit in Austria, Croatia, Germany, Poland, or Slovakia.
• University degree required.
• Proven project management skills with a strong analytical background.
• Experience in consulting or similar analytical environments is ideal.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
• Interest in technology, legal topics, or legal AI.
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in the legal sector.
• Knowledge of publishing industry trends.
