Clinic Nurse Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Nurse Manager to join our team at Southeastern Cardiology Associates. This remote Clinic Nurse Manager position offers an opportunity to lead a team of nursing professionals while delivering exceptional patient care. You will play a crucial role in overseeing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with quality measures, and fostering a culture of teamwork and compassion.

What You'll Do

• Oversee nursing staff in their daily assignments, collaborating with supervisors and team leads to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Create and implement training plans for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Plan continued education for nursing staff as required, promoting professional development and growth.
• Collaborate with the Quality/Compliance leader to meet MACRA/MIPS quality measures.
• Strategically plan workflows according to patient volume, maintaining a balance between quality care and staff workload.
• Review employee performance, providing constructive feedback and counseling as needed.
• Procure and allocate resources effectively to support nursing operations.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff and other departments, ensuring clear and respectful communication.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical cardiac knowledge and experience in patient care.
• Experience in educating clinical and non-clinical staff or patients.
• Familiarity with coordinating patient care across multiple departments.
• Proficient with EMR systems and capable of troubleshooting for staff.
