What You'll Do
- Become a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve their goals with Camunda technology.
- Develop comprehensive customer success plans that outline KPIs, stakeholders, and product adoption strategies.
- Establish trust-based relationships with customers, maximizing the value they receive from their investment.
- Act as a Customer Success Champion, promoting customer-centricity within Camunda to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities and leverage relationships.
- Engage proactively with Consulting, Support, and Engineering teams to address product-related issues.
- Work with Product Management and Marketing to create best practice programs and influence product roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Strategic Account Management in enterprise software.
- Proven ability to drive retention and expansion through value-based engagement strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of influencing buying decisions.
- Experience building relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret customer data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Technical aptitude to engage in discussions around process orchestration and cloud architecture.
- Fluency in English is required.

- Prior experience in process automation or BPM.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and cloud infrastructure.
