Senior Product Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Sport Alliance. This Senior Product Designer remote position is a unique opportunity to design and ship high-quality product experiences while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers. You will play a crucial role in solving complex problems and delivering exceptional interaction design.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver high-quality product experiences for complex SaaS and B2B products.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers.
• Utilize existing design systems and contribute improvements to enhance usability.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
• Balance speed and attention to detail in your design work.
• Take ownership of your projects and execute with clarity and precision.
• Contribute to a strong design culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expertise in interaction design and experience working with design systems.
• Ability to deliver thoughtful solutions to complex design challenges.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in the Fitness and SaaS industry is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles.
