What You'll Do

• Lead a team of canvassers, inspiring them to exceed goals and achieve outstanding results.
• Recruit top talent and provide them with the necessary tools for success in their canvassing roles.
• Mentor team members, offering feedback and guidance to improve overall performance.
• Build rapport with homeowners, establishing trust and offering solutions for their home improvement needs.
• Deliver compelling pitches that effectively communicate the benefits of DaBella's products.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Navigate neighborhoods effectively while canvassing and ensure the safety of your team.
• Complete all entry-level canvasser training as part of the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a sales or canvassing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and driving results.
