What You'll Do

• Build operating rhythms and forums that keep the Pro organization aligned and focused on priorities.
• Lead and deliver cross-functional projects critical to Pro’s success, ensuring they fit seamlessly into our operational framework.
• Support leadership in decision-making by framing issues, tracking KPIs, and surfacing gaps or risks early.
• Maintain systems for reporting, business reviews, and cross-team initiatives to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Partner with leadership to scope and implement new initiatives across Spot, Margin, Derivatives, or Infrastructure.
• Contribute to high-impact materials, including executive updates and strategic memos, that provide clarity and visibility across teams.
• Act as the first line of intake for inbound requests, triaging effectively to ensure follow-through.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Product Operations, Strategy, or Consulting with measurable impact.
• Strong project management skills, capable of bringing structure to ambiguity and driving initiatives from concept to execution.
• Comfortable with data analysis, interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and financial metrics to derive insights.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable across diverse audiences from executives to cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive in execution.
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing teams.
• A strong belief in Kraken’s mission to promote financial freedom and inclusion through cryptocurrency.
