About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Data Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team at Grow Therapy. You will work closely with various departments, including People Operations and Customer Support, to enhance our analytics capabilities and improve operational efficiencies. What You'll Do

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Looker, Power BI, and Domo to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Utilize SQL and other data manipulation tools to extract and analyze data from various sources.
  • Support the implementation of data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on data analytics and visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Domo.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, particularly in analytics related to operations and customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
