About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - Global Supply Chain to join our team in Indianapolis. This role is essential for aligning business needs with technology solutions in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our global supply chain processes and systems.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure technology solutions align with strategic business goals.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Global Supply Chain Systems, focusing on systems like SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Translate business requirements into application needs for custom developed applications and COTS/SaaS tool configuration.
  • Leverage your understanding of functional business processes to enable stakeholders to meet business outcomes.
  • Align global supply chain strategies with innovation and growth goals, particularly focusing on Artificial Intelligence.
  • Implement integration solutions between systems and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional IT support.
  • Maintain computer system validation for responsible applications and deliver recommendations for improved processes and controls.
  • Perform other duties related to ongoing delivery and program transformation as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience working with Global Supply Chain.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical operations, especially in manufacturing, supply chain, and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ITIL principles and understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Technical expertise with Kinaxis Maestro and experience with supply chain modules.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Exposure to international operations and previous LEAN and Agile experience.
  • Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., ITIL, AI, Cloud).
