Blockchain Risk Control Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Blockchain Risk Control Intern to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will assist in monitoring and investigating on-chain and on-platform suspicious transactions, contributing to the safety and integrity of our blockchain operations. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in the Web3 industry and blockchain fundamentals.

What You'll Do

• Assist the team in monitoring and investigating suspicious transactions and risk incidents, including fraud and money laundering.
• Participate in due diligence and risk assessment processes for users and smart contracts.
• Support the operation and testing of daily risk control rules, tracking the effectiveness of risk strategies.
• Clean, organize, and analyze on-chain and business data to support risk modeling and strategy optimization.
• Maintain risk monitoring dashboards and reports, ensuring timely updates of risk indicators.
• Track regulatory policies and compliance developments for virtual assets worldwide.
• Complete risk and compliance-related documentation and research tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above in economics, finance, computer science, statistics, law, or related fields.
• Strong interest in the Web3 industry and basic understanding of blockchain fundamentals.
• Excellent logical thinking, data analysis, and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of financial risks is a plus.
• Good command of English, able to read technical documents.

Nice to Have

• Experience using DeFi or trading products.
• Clear intention to transition to a full-time role after the internship.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi if required.
