About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Billing Administrator to join our team remotely. • Issue and verify invoices to various insurance companies, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order and submitted on time.

• Maintain open communication channels with insurance companies to address any billing discrepancies or issues that arise.
• Incorporate delivery notes for relevant materials into the billing process to ensure complete documentation.
• Monitor and oversee hospital activities related to billing, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in billing or administrative roles, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with insurance representatives and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while adhering to deadlines.
