About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (Mandarin) to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience for our Mandarin-speaking clients. You'll be the voice of our company, ensuring that every interaction is positive and supportive.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; additional languages like Spanish or French are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare services is an advantage.
