Associate Corporate Counsel - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

In this remote opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by navigating the complexities of global business. Your expertise will help clients achieve progress without friction, allowing them to focus on their goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional client servicing through in-depth knowledge of client files and effective communication.
• Draft and review legal documentation related to the incorporation of companies and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with Luxembourg law and internal Vistra processes.
• Coordinate with the central operations team to resolve issues regarding taxes, administration, and banking for client companies.
• Handle client requests related to transactions, statutory matters, and outflow.
• Collaborate closely with team members, law firms, auditors, tax advisors, and other relevant parties.
• Organize shareholder and board meetings in conjunction with Accountants and Corporate Secretarial Assistants.
• Maintain communication with clients, including planning the Corporate Calendar and ensuring the completeness of client files.

Requirements

• Law, Economics, or Tax degree.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional services firm.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in corporate law.
• Familiarity with tax regulations.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
