About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Monext. As an Assistant Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our clients, ensuring our offerings stand out in the competitive FinTech landscape.

What You'll Do

• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates us in the market.
• Create marketing, sales, and customer success tools that highlight the unique value of our offerings, including case studies, demos, slides, product documentation, FAQs, and community engagement.
• Drive the appetite for our products by leading future launches, including new features, updated roadmaps, and new products.
• Implement tools to analyze product experience, identifying, designing, and deploying enhancements that make the Monext experience memorable for our clients.
• Transform our clients into Monext ambassadors by engaging their community and fostering connections.
• Become an expert on our market, clients, lost and won deals, and competitors to support our product roadmap and marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac + 4/5) in business or a related field.
• Strong integration skills in new environments, with a positive attitude that contributes to team morale.
• Excellent writing skills and a good ability to analyze and synthesize information.
• Enjoy teamwork and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketing or product management is a plus.
• Familiarity with the FinTech industry and payment solutions.
