Sales Associate - Fresh and Delivery Departments

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our team at METRO in Moncalieri, Italy. As a Sales Associate in the Fresh and Delivery departments, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our Ho.Re.Ca clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering). This is a part-time position, offering 24 hours per week, where you will work closely with your team to enhance sales and improve departmental performance.

What You'll Do

• Support the Department Head in managing the assigned area with professionalism and passion to increase sales and improve financial results.
• Restock shelves and prepare the department to showcase products tailored for our professional clientele.
• Guide customers in their choices and respond effectively to their requests.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure a high standard of service and product knowledge.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in the industry.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
