BI Analyst /​ Commercial Performance Lead - Remote

Join us as a BI Analyst / Commercial Performance Lead in a fully remote position! At Superbet, we are entering new markets and developing cutting-edge technologies to excite the world. As our business expands, we are looking for a data-driven professional to analyze and document commercial initiatives across various verticals including Sportsbook, Gaming, CRM, and VIP. This BI Analyst / Commercial Performance Lead role is crucial for identifying optimization opportunities and driving data-led decisions to enhance our commercial KPIs and overall business performance.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and optimize performance dashboards for all commercial verticals, ensuring alignment with the Head of Commercial and wider teams.
• Analyze trends and performance drivers to provide actionable insights that enhance business results.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director and Head of Commercial to prioritize performance improvement areas.
• Create and maintain a centralized database for analyses, reports, and performance tracking.
• Conduct ad-hoc and recurring performance analyses, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Lead the experimentation process, maintaining a database of all tests and results, and document test outcomes.
• Create and manage an Innovation Database to capture product improvement ideas and opportunities.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback monthly, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in SQL (experience with Snowflake is a plus).
• Proficient in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
• Experience in commercial and product acumen to connect data to business outcomes.
• Ability to drive meaningful results and continuously improve performance.

Nice to Have

• Experience with machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer feedback analysis.
• Knowledge of competitor analysis methodologies.
