Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in automation development, specifically with RPA tools like UiPath or Power Automate.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with API integrations.
  • Proficiency in project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with 401(k) administration and IRS compliance is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like GitHub, MySQL, and Excel.
  • Experience in customer service and client relationship management.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of additional automation tools such as Zapier, N8N, or GoHighLevel.
