Project Manager - Remote Healthcare Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager - Remote to join our team at PerfectServe, a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful deployment of software in healthcare client environments, ensuring that projects align with our company strategy and goals. With a focus on enhancing patient care and clinical workflows, you will play a crucial role in our mission to accelerate speed to care by optimizing provider schedules and improving communication.

What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation of software in healthcare settings, managing multiple projects according to PerfectServe's methodology.
• Coordinate transitions from sales to services and customer success to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, tracking project progress and managing budgets using EPM tools.
• Facilitate communication with customers and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate project outcomes and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, preparing project completion documents for review.
• Travel up to 10% as required to meet with clients and stakeholders.
• Work in a remote-first environment, collaborating with team members across various locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in Healthcare IT Projects such as EMR or EHR.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and tools, with proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multi-tasking and adaptability, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, etc.).
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
