Associate Director of Consultant Support - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Director of Consultant Support - Remote to join Alpha Chi Omega, a national women's fraternity dedicated to empowering women through personal and professional development. In this role, you will oversee the chapter consultant program, ensuring that our operations align with our mission of sisterhood, leadership, and service.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the chapter consultant program, managing recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of consultants.
• Ensure alignment of chapter operations with the organization's mission and values.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision for traveling chapter consultants.
• Maintain strong relationships with donors and community members to support fundraising efforts.
• Utilize Microsoft Office products to manage documentation and communication effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within fraternal membership organizations.
• Strong service orientation, professionalism, and discretion are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with multi-site entities and remote workforce personnel.

Nice to Have

• Membership in Alpha Chi Omega is preferred.
• Technical aptitude to learn internal systems and required packages.
