Associate Business Analyst - FinTech Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Business Analyst to join TSS Consultancy, a rapidly growing product-based company focused on delivering innovative solutions to FinTech and RegTech organizations. As an Associate Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in client interaction, product analysis, and project coordination, all while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Conduct training sessions for clients on effectively using the solution to achieve desired outcomes, both onsite and offsite.
• Assist in configuring the system to generate rules and alerts based on client requirements.
• Understand client needs, objectives, and business processes to provide tailored solutions.
• Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support testing activities to ensure new features align with client expectations.
• Assist in preparing release notes, user manuals, and training materials for newly developed features.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups for better visualization of solutions.
• Gather and analyze data to identify areas for product improvement.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven and proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to perform under pressure with persistence and resilience.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
