About the Role

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assisted Living Manager remote to lead and oversee our assisted living facility in Royal Oak, MI. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, and fostering a supportive and safe environment for both residents and staff.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, train, and support staff to maintain high standards of resident care.

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Handle budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing assisted living or senior care facilities.
