About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Data Analysis & Reporting to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will monitor and analyze data from various sources, ensuring accurate reporting and insightful analysis to drive business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and analyze daily sales and cash reports to support management decisions.
  • Generate various reports for senior management including DGMs and GMs.
  • Conduct gap analysis and prepare special project reports such as ABC Reporting.
  • Perform detailed data analysis including complaints management and scorecard analysis.
  • Monitor sales and revenue targets in collaboration with the CA department.
  • Analyze unbilled revenue and feeder losses, highlighting any abnormalities.
  • Ensure timely updates of reports and projections related to data analysis.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or accounting certification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and analysis tools like BEX and QlikView.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to act responsibly and deliver customer value.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in budget analysis and follow-up on technical issues.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Experience in the energy sector.
