What You'll Do

• Provide commercial planning support to the Sales Team, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with the iSMS process.
• Generate and provide data for finished goods (FG) reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Validate daily load and stock summary reports from sales personnel against stock balances in iSMS.
• Maintain customer master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records while adhering to company standards.
• Generate sales reports and provide accurate data for target setting, adhering to established guidelines and schedules.
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve iPAD-related concerns and manage inventory effectively.
• Conduct regular housekeeping of hardcopy records, following proper retention policies.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year course.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or finance reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and analyze data for forecasting and target setting.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to think strategically and work effectively in a team environment.
