Arabic-Speaking Travel Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Arabic-Speaking Travel Consultant to join Wingie Enuygun Group's dynamic team. This remote position offers you the opportunity to be part of a leading travel marketplace in Turkey, which operates in 27 countries and supports over 22 million visitors monthly. As an Arabic-Speaking Travel Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and contributing to our global success story.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with ticketing and reservation sales, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Help resolve technical issues encountered by customers during the ticket sales process.
• Communicate effectively with airlines to facilitate the enhancement of our travel services.
• Utilize your knowledge of travel agency systems such as Troya, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Work in a shift-based environment, adapting to the needs of a busy call center.
• Maintain proficiency in Arabic, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our travel services through feedback and collaboration.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ticket sales, preferably in travel agencies or call centers.
• Familiarity with airline systems such as Troya, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
• Experience in ticketing for both domestic and international flights is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with IATA ticket sales.
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and customer preferences.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
