What You'll Do

• Own the analytics work for specific business areas, designing data models and defining complex KPIs.
• Build insightful dashboards using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Lead advanced analytics initiatives to diagnose performance drivers and quantify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on analytics objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct A/B testing and develop statistical models to validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics roles, demonstrating analytical ownership and the ability to influence decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation, with a strong focus on data quality.
• Experience in building decision-oriented dashboards and defining complex KPIs.
• Strong statistical knowledge, including familiarity with A/B testing and regression analysis.
• Proficiency in data tools such as Python or R for advanced analytics.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Git/version control and analytics engineering practices.
• Prior experience in experimentation platforms or product analytics frameworks.
