About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AMI Digital & COE Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will spearhead the Korea Digital Super Gap Strategy through an integrated omnichannel approach, maximizing Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement. This position requires expertise in VEEVA and virtual training architecture, making it a pivotal role in delivering industry-leading medical education.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the AMI Digital World ecosystem, providing a seamless 24/7 self-paced learning journey for HCPs.
  • Establish and execute robust advertisement and promotion strategies across various social media channels, including Kakao Channel and Instagram.
  • Promote offline programs through digital channels, enhancing pre- and post-event engagement.
  • Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert for Absorb LMS, PRISM, and VEEVA systems.
  • Lead the establishment and operational execution of the AMI Center of Excellence (COE), supporting small-group trainings and clinical demonstrations.
  • Navigate complex internal approval processes in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Oversee daily operations of the COE, ensuring a professional environment that reflects AbbVie's global prestige.
  • Manage program budgets and vendor relationships to ensure accurate measurement of ROI and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g., Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Direct experience in Training Center/COE establishment is critical.
  • Proven expertise in Multi-Pharma/Device Medical Education and digital curriculum management.
  • Extensive experience in managing Digital Learning Platforms and developing Social Media Strategies.
  • Expert-level proficiency in VEEVA System for material approval and compliance management.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Korean for global stakeholder management.
  • Strong adherence to AbbVie leadership standards and business ethics.
