About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Architect remote to join our dynamic team at CI&T. As an AI Platform Architect, you will play a crucial role in our tech transformation initiatives, combining human expertise with artificial intelligence to develop scalable tech solutions. With over 30 years of experience and a global team of more than 8,000 professionals, CI&T has partnered with over 1,000 clients, making AI a reality in our operations.

What You'll Do

  • Establish best practices for AI/ML lifecycle management in Databricks.
  • Support the MLOps team in enhancing platform capabilities and addressing service gaps.
  • Design solutions that prioritize speed and scalability for new AI use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
  • Facilitate the execution of AI projects, enabling faster delivery and implementation.
  • Work near-shore with potential travel opportunities to enhance collaboration.
  • Prepare for future leadership roles as the organization grows and evolves.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and platform design.
  • Strong knowledge of Databricks and MLOps practices.
  • Proven track record in designing scalable AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience in a technical and architecture-focused role.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
  • Familiarity with best practices in AI lifecycle management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a leadership role or mentoring junior team members.
  • Knowledge of additional AI tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services.
