AI Platform Architect - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented AI Platform Architect to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As an AI Platform Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI solutions at CI&T. This position focuses on technical architecture rather than pure leadership, allowing you to leverage your expertise in AI and machine learning to establish best practices for AI/ML lifecycle management using Databricks. Your contributions will enable faster execution of new AI use cases and projects, making a significant impact on our clients' success.

What You'll Do

• Design scalable AI solutions that prioritize speed and efficiency over perfection.
• Support the MLOps team in addressing gaps in services and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in AI/ML lifecycle management.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new AI projects, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on the latest trends in AI and machine learning.
• Participate in decision-making processes regarding the prioritization of AI projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Databricks and MLOps practices.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in leading technical projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of data engineering principles and practices.
