About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Product Manager & Lead Auditor - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the development and management of aerospace products while ensuring compliance with industry standards. As a key player in our organization, you will lead audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management systems.

What You'll Do

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits to assess compliance with AS9100, AS9120, and other relevant standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhancements.
• Utilize market intelligence to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000.
• Proven experience in leading audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Technical writing skills for documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with sales and customer acquisition strategies.
