About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant/Surety Bond Coordinator to join our team remotely. As an Administrative Assistant/Surety Bond Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Associated Agencies. What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure smooth operations.
- Receive, collect, process, and post incoming payments efficiently.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of data prior to invoice distribution to clients.
- Execute and proof bond forms and agreements with precision.
- Issue, renew, cancel, reinstate, and adjust bonds as necessary.
- Request and process sensitive underwriting documents on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Complete supporting tasks, including notarizing documents and monitoring manpower.
- Provide backup support to team members as needed.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to handle a high-volume workload efficiently.
