Client Services Specialist - Remote Contract Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team at AccessFintech. This role is crucial in providing exceptional support to our clients while managing various responsibilities, including onboarding and incident resolution. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing issues with our platform, ensuring a seamless experience.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of client incidents, ensuring timely updates and resolutions within agreed SLAs.
• Proactively investigate and resolve incidents using our platform and back-end systems.
• Identify and escalate critical incidents to stakeholders, creating detailed client incident reports.
• Support client onboarding by configuring the platform as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes and resolutions to prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in Client Services, Project Management, or Technology roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of incidents.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent client-facing skills with strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive team player with a willingness to take responsibility.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Financial Services.
