What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with strategic clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements to create strategic business plans that align with their goals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas by identifying and closing business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and client feedback, informing your strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive market approach.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and track key account metrics, reporting on account status and sales performance.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Docker.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.

Nice to Have

  • Trained in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC methodologies.
