About the Role

We're looking for a talented YouTube Scriptwriter to join our dynamic team remotely. As a YouTube Scriptwriter, you will create high-quality talking-head scripts designed to engage a broad audience and drive significant views. What You'll Do

• Write 10 engaging talking-head scripts per month, each lasting between 7-15 minutes.
• Utilize provided talking points and research to craft scripts efficiently, often based on slight variations of previous scripts.
• Embed compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) within your scripts to encourage viewer engagement.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure all titles and topics align with current trends and audience interests.
• Develop a deep understanding of the YouTube platform to enhance script effectiveness.

Requirements

• A strong desire to learn and grow as a YouTube Scriptwriter.
• Past experience in writing YouTube scripts is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to create content that maintains viewer retention and drives action.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with YouTube trends and audience engagement strategies.
