Digital Marketing Intern (Remote) at W. L. Gore & Associates

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern (Remote) to join our European GORE-TEX Fabrics Marketing Team. In this role, you will actively contribute to our marketing initiatives across digital and social media platforms, gaining a unique opportunity to shape the future of the iconic GORE-TEX brand. You will work on both consumer-oriented communication and professional user communication in the workwear segment. What You'll Do

• Support the digital marketing team in launching new digital activations for B2C and B2B communication of the GORE-TEX® brand.
• Assist in managing GORE-TEX's social media presence across platforms, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Contribute creatively to the development and design of content, including copywriting, image sourcing, and video editing in collaboration with creative agencies.
• Help create PowerPoint presentations for team meetings, client updates, and strategy sessions.
• Assist in the creative development and implementation of web content.
• Support website content management to ensure timely updates and optimizations.
• Help create reports to track campaign performance and social media engagement, deriving insights for future campaigns.

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communication, Business, or similar).
• You are fluent in English; German is preferred.
• Good understanding of the social media landscape, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience with content creation and graphic design tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Instagram edits, TikTok).
• Interest in digital marketing trends and a willingness to learn.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating on projects and driving them forward.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and self-initiating personality.
• Knowledge of Drupal or similar content management systems is a plus.
