Web3 Product Manager - Crypto Commerce

About the Role

We are seeking a Web3 Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Bitrefill. As a leader in crypto commerce, we empower users to spend cryptocurrency on everyday needs such as gift cards, mobile top-ups, subscriptions, and bill payments. This Web3 Product Manager remote position will allow you to shape the future of our product offerings while collaborating with a talented team across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

• Own product discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features.
• Conduct direct research with users who spend crypto daily to understand their setups, workarounds, and frustrations.
• Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog; ship end-to-end alongside engineering and design.
• Make integration decisions about chains, wallets, and protocols based on usage data rather than market hype.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination with compliance, marketing, support, and operations.
• Represent Bitrefill in crypto communities and at industry conferences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Proven track record of shipping products with real adoption.
• Experience leading work across distributed teams and time zones.
• Practical experience with DeFi, including vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics.
• Familiarity with wallet UX across desktop and mobile.
• Ability to decompose large problems into shippable increments.
• Strong skills in facilitating alignment across engineering, design, and business functions.
• Clear written communication skills for specifications, decision documents, and async updates.
