About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker remote to join our team at B. Braun Medical Inc. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a leading company in infusion therapy and pain management, contributing to the development and distribution of innovative medical products. As a Warehouse Worker remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products within our warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and process incoming materials and shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Operate various types of forklifts and warehouse equipment to move and stock materials safely.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting regular inventory counts.
  • Complete shipments by processing and loading orders for delivery.
  • Follow warehouse safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff as needed.
  • Perform routine physical inventory and assist in labeling and locating materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • 0-3 years of related experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • 1-2 years of sit-down forklift experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work a non-standard schedule as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LCS systems for material tracking.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical device environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse operations.
