What You'll Do

  • Coordinate all contributors involved in the paint line project, acting as a technical support leader throughout the project phase.
  • Track project progress through structured tools and ensure qualitative reporting to the Project Manager and plant leadership.
  • Manage supplier activities during engineering and construction phases to ensure compliance with HSE standards and technical specifications.
  • Prepare all equipment acceptance milestones in collaboration with the paint engineering team and suppliers.
  • Support the plant teams during paint line ramp-up, optimizing equipment settings and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering graduate with foundational knowledge in conveyors, fluid mechanics, robotics, and automation.
  • Strong interest in industrial facilities, equipment development, and paint line operations.
  • Natural leadership skills and confidence in coordinating suppliers and technical partners.
  • Organized and capable of managing priorities while maintaining a clear approach to problem solving.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in project management within the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with paint line technologies and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
