Used Car Sales Manager - Remote Opportunity

We are excited to announce an opening for a Used Car Sales Manager remote position that allows you to lead our Used Vehicle Sales business from anywhere. What You'll Do
- Drive revenue and ensure a five-star experience for retail and business clients as a Used Car Sales Manager remote.
- Grow retail and wholesale sales relationships while managing the appraisal, sourcing, and purchasing of used vehicles.
- Oversee vehicle reconditioning processes to ensure rapid time to lot and determine market-based pricing for used inventory.
- Hire, train, and motivate the sales team, monitoring their performance and productivity.
- Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert.
- Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Report directly to the General Manager regarding objectives and planned activities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive retail sales operations.
- Working knowledge of GM Programs.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
- Professional appearance and clean driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
