About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Probate and Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will support attorneys in various legal tasks, ensuring that all probate and litigation matters are handled efficiently and effectively. What You'll Do

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including complaints and discovery responses.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and provide insights into relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage in client communication to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
• Coordinate with courts and other legal entities to ensure timely filing of documents and adherence to court procedures.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in probate and litigation.
• Strong understanding of U.S. legal terminology and court procedures.
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and legal professionals.
